
FAES Classrooms and Terrace
FAES invested approximately $12 million to renovate space in the NIH Clinical Center and create a state-of-the-art Student-Faculty Academic Center, which opened in 2013. The FAES Student-Faculty Academic Center features dynamic classroom spaces that subdivide to smaller conference rooms; an accessible flex-use terrace for essential activites in Bldg. 10 including vaccine administration, research festivals, poster sessions, and community events; and the FAES Bookstore, which carries a plethora of reference books, textbooks, reading materials, gifts, and branded NIH apparel and merchandise.

Education and Conference Suite
This meeting room is managed by FAES and must be reserved in advance by submitting the Reservation Request Form at least three weeks prior to a scheduled event.
Location: The second floor of Bldg. 10, Room 2C116
Capacity: 25-30 people, depending on the room set up.
The room offers:
- 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space with a monitor
- rolling whiteboard
- detached tables and chairs that can be configured to suit many purposes
- a coat closet and a private, attached caterer's kitchen
Technical capabilities:
- 18 network ports
- a 70-inch monitor
- Wifi ready
Reservations are subject to availability and approval by FAES.
Requests are for space use only, Audio-Visual (AV) or Technical support is not provided.
Furniture arrangement is the responsibility of requesting party. Please contact NIH Events Management for AV/Technical needs.
