FAES Insurance New Plan Year

The new plan year for the FAES Insurance plan began on November 1, 2025. All accruals such as out-of-pocket maximum and deductible have reset for the new plan year.

All plan participants and their dependents were mailed ID cards via USPS mail. PDFs of ID cards can also be found in the Luminare portal, myluminarehealth.com.
