FAES Insurance New Plan Year Begins November 1, 2026

The new plan year for the FAES Insurance plan will begin November 1, 2026. All accruals such as out-of-pocket maximum and deductible will reset for the new plan year. All plan participants and their dependents were mailed ID cards via USPS mail. PDFs of ID cards are available in the Luminare portal, myluminarehealth.com.
